Our Childcare Staff

We offer quality early education with a highly qualified, caring and motivated staff team who ensure that all children experience a wide range of stimulating and relevant activities that will allow them to develop and learn at a pace suited to their individual needs.

Our manager holds a BA in Childhood Practice and all member of staff are fully qualified holding either an HNC or SVQ level 3 in Early Education and Childcare. Senior staff members are working towards their BA or SVQ level 4.

We are extremely proud of the knowledgeable and experienced staff team, who have been selected not only based on qualifications but on the personal qualities and skills they bring to the nursery.

All staff are members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)

We put in place an annual staff development programme to ensure staff keep abreast with changes in policy/practice and mantain a high standard of curriculum delivery.
